In 1980, Sabolo, a family business, opened its first shop in Saint-Vincent where the administrative headquarters are still located today.
Since then, more sales points have been opened in the most representative tourist locations of the Aosta Valley (Courmayeur, Aosta, Saint-Vincent, Breuil-Cervinia, Cogne) and in Liguria (Arenzano).
