HOW TO ORDER

  • Do I need to have a Sabolo account to place an order?

To proceed with the purchase it is not necessary to be registered on the Sabolo website.

  • How can I sign up?

If you are a new customer you will need to register.

Select the little man icon found at the top left of our site. Select Create an account and enter your details: name, surname, email and password. To complete the registration click on Create .

You can also register connecting with the your Facebook, Twitter or Google . You will be directed to a separate window to confirm the account you wish to register with and agree to share the requested information with us.

If you already have a Sabolo account, click on Log in and enter the email address and password you chose when registering.

  • When can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via the internet on our site 24/7

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

Forgot your password? Click on the little man icon at the top left , so up Forgot your password, we will send you an email to create a new one.

  • How do I complete an order?
  1. After choosing the item, select the size you prefer in the drop-down menu. Then select the other parameters, color And quantity , and complete by clicking on Add to Cart . At this point you can decide to select the Check out item which takes you to order confirmation or View cart to consult the list of selected items and add or remove those you are no longer interested in.
  2. By selecting from the product sheet Buy now to go directly to order confirmation.
  3. Enter yours Shipping address .
  4. So Go to shipping.
  5. Select Go to payment and choose the mode you want to use. We remind you to indicate the billing address if it is different from the shipping address.
  6. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data.
  7. To complete the order click on Buy .

You will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you don't see it, try checking your SPAM folder. At any time you can check all the details relating to your order by logging directly into your account.

It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one.

After completing the order it is not possible to change the shipping address.

  • Can I book a free collection or return in store?
No. You can purchase our products exclusively on the website www.sabolo.net and receive them at home through our courier. If you need to make a return, read here .

  • What payment methods can I use on Sabolo?

You can pay for your orders with all rechargeable credit/debit cards belonging to the Visa, Visa Electron, American Express or MasterCard circuits as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, GooglePay, UnionPay and Bancocontact.

It is also possible to pay by bank transfer by following the instructions in the order phase.
