RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Return
The Customer is protected by Italian legislation on the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 — Consumer Code).
The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days from the order delivery date. The request must be submitted through their account on sabolo.net, in accordance with current European regulations (Dir. 2011/83/EU), which provide for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by electronic means.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Italy: return shipping is free of charge. The customer will receive a prepaid FedEx label via email upon approval of the request. The parcel must be dropped off at a FedEx Location within 3 days of receiving the label.
International: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, at a cost equal to twice the shipping rate applied to the original order. The customer will receive a FedEx label via email upon approval; by using the provided label, the customer implicitly agrees to the rates indicated. Alternatively, the customer may arrange their own shipment at their own risk and expense to the following address: Sabolo — Via Chanoux, 80 — 11027 Saint-Vincent (AO) — Italy. The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises.
Refund
The refund is processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned goods. The customer may choose between:
- Refund to the original payment method: the amount of the returned products will be refunded. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Store credit on sabolo.net: a store credit equal to the amount of the returned products will be issued, including the original order shipping costs.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for all orders placed on sabolo.net. For customers in Italy, both return shipping and delivery of the replacement item are fully covered by us. For customers in other European Union countries, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; delivery of the replacement item is free of charge and covered by us.
