Terms of service

All purchases made from our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 and subsequent amendments, regarding distance contracts.

WHAT IS MEANT BY DISTANCE CONTRACT

By online sales contract we mean the distance contract and that is the legal transaction having as its object the purchase of products, stipulated between SABOLO di Libera Paola with registered office in Via Chanoux 80, Cap 11027 Saint Vincent - Aosta (Italy) VAT number: 00351190079 Tel. 0166/512447, and a consumer, carried out at a distance, via the telematic network, on the site www.sabolo.net.

SABOLO di Libera Paola with registered office in Via Chanoux 80, Cap 11027 Saint Vincent - Aosta (Italy) VAT number: 00351190079 Tel. 0166/512447, carries out a distance selling activity of clothing, footwear and accessories. It is therefore to be considered the SELLING PARTY.

Below are the contractual conditions:

1. ORDERS

Orders can be placed online on sabolo.net 24 /7.
Upon validation, an email will be sent to the customer to confirm their registration.

Order processing generally takes 1 to 3 working days.
This depends on the day the order is placed and/or the presence of the item in the main office or in the other 12 Sabolo offices.

2. SALES PRICES

All prices indicated on www.sabolo.net are to be understood as VAT included.
For international shipments, any payment of taxes and customs duties is the responsibility of the customer.

The payment of the price and the related shipping costs (points 8 and 9) can be made by the consumer only using the methods indicated in "Payments" (points 4 and 5). SABOLO di Libera Paola reserves the right to change prices at any time, but equally undertakes to apply the prices indicated on sabolo.net at the time the order is placed.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The availability indicated on www.sabolo.net is indicative and does not represent a contractual obligation in any case. Such availability is updated with physical stores every 24 hours. Based on the time difference between the stores and the update of the site, the size or product ordered may not be available. The e-shop program will in any case allow you to reserve and pay for the item. In the event of actual unavailability, the order will be considered not placed.
In case of orders with multiple items, and in case of unavailability of some of them, the available ones will be shipped. We may also contact you, in both cases, to find the best solution with you and propose a replacement item.

4. PAYMENTS IN ITALY

SABOLO di Libera Paola offers its customers the following payment options:

- CREDIT/DEBIT/PREPAID CARD (VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CIRCUITO MAESTRO, MASTERCARD)
- PAY PAL, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, BANCOCONTACT, SHOP PAY
- BANK TRANSFER (BANK DEPOSIT)
N.B. The order will be processed following verification of the credit on the cc provided at the time of the order.
The bank transfer must be made within 2 days from the date of the order. Obligation to send a copy of the accounting as proof of the bank transfer made within the aforementioned terms.
! If for any reason you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can release the item as soon as possible.
If the terms are not respected, the customer will no longer be able to place orders using this payment method.
Sabolo will therefore be able to cancel any future orders by bank transfer for that customer.

5. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

For customers outside Italy, the following payment methods are available:

The bank transfer must be made within 2 days from the date of the order. It is mandatory to send a copy of the account as proof of the bank transfer made within the aforementioned terms.
! If for any reason you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can release the item as soon as possible.
If the terms are not respected, the customer will no longer be able to place orders via this payment method.
Sabolo will therefore be able to cancel any future orders via bank transfer for that customer.

6. ISSUANCE OF THE DOCUMENT CERTIFYING THE PURCHASE

SABOLO di Libera Paola undertakes to issue an accompanying document certifying the purchase by the customer. This document will be sent inside the package containing the purchased item.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY

In the event that the product has manufacturing defects (such as stains, broken buttons or zippers, badly made stitching...) SABOLO di Libera Paola is obliged to apply the same conditions provided for by the right of withdrawal legislation, without any return delivery costs for the customer. All those products that have particular features (fraying, tears, non-uniform washing, etc.) that are part of the product and make it unique do not fall into the category of manufacturing defects. If the product reaches the Customer in a state of damage caused by shipping, SABOLO di Libera Paola does not assume any responsibility for this, as the packaging it carries out falls within the provisions provided for by the express courier.

If the defect occurs after the return terms have expired, Sabolo can act as an intermediary with the manufacturing company, leaving it to its decisions. The article could be requested for examination, after which it will be assessed as suitable or not for repair/replacement/credit note.
In case of receipt of a credit note from the manufacturing company, Sabolo will issue a voucher equal to the amount of the sale to be spent within 6 months on sabolo.net.

8. NATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via TNT and GLS courier throughout the country, including the islands.
Shipments within the country are free for amounts over 150.00 euros. The delivery costs are paid by the customer for amounts under 150.00 euros and amount to 5.00 euros. The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. The times required for delivery can vary from 1 to 3 working days (up to 5 days for the Islands and Southern Italy). The times required for delivery indicated on our site are indicative and are subject to change.

Delivery takes place during the day, it is therefore NOT possible to request a specific time.

If the shipment is put into storage because the customer is not traceable by the courier and, following verification by Sabolo, the goods will be returned to our headquarters and the storage management costs - equal to €10 flat rate - will not be refunded, as well as shipping costs.

We also remind Customers that couriers carry out the transport and delivery of products only during weekdays (e.g. for a product ordered on a Saturday afternoon, the days starting from Monday morning must be counted, if the product is available). SABOLO di Libera Paola cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to any delay in delivery or loss or damage of the order by the courier.
In the event that the order has not been delivered within the expected time, SABOLO di Libera Paola can, at the request of the Customers, investigate the reasons for this delay. During this period (approximately 30 days) it will not be possible to proceed with the refund or a new shipment of the order.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Please note that processing your order may take up to 3 days in some cases - for example, if you are in one of the 3 locations not designated for shipping.

Upon delivery, you must check that the package is intact and that there has been no tampering or removal of the packaging seal. If you notice any anomalies, contact us immediately at shop@sabolo.net.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS IN EUROPE

International orders are shipped via FedEx courier. Delivery costs, taxes and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

The times required for delivery indicated on our website are indicative and are subject to change. 10. SHIPPING ERROR

The product replacement procedure for a shipping error can be activated when SABOLO di Libera Paola has mistakenly shipped a product different from the one the customer ordered and, therefore, not present in his order.

The procedure can be activated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The service can be activated by sending an email to shop@sabolo.net with the subject "errata spedizione".

Shipping costs are paid by SABOLO di Libera Paola. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, warranty seals and any other accessories that may be present in the package received. The product must not show any signs that could suggest its possible use.

Opening the package will be permitted, as it is essential, only in the event that the packaging does not allow verification of the product ordered compared to the one delivered. In the event that the item on your purchase invoice is no longer available, you will be contacted by SABOLO di Libera Paola who will pay a credit note to your bank or postal account depending on how the first payment was received.

11. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Return 
The Customer is protected by Italian legislation on the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 — Consumer Code).

The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days from the order delivery date. The request must be submitted through their account on sabolo.net, in accordance with current European regulations (Dir. 2011/83/EU), which provide for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by electronic means.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipping 

Italy: return shipping is free of charge. The customer will receive a prepaid FedEx label via email upon approval of the request. The parcel must be dropped off at a FedEx Location within 3 days of receiving the label.

International: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, at a cost equal to twice the shipping rate applied to the original order. The customer will receive a FedEx label via email upon approval; by using the provided label, the customer implicitly agrees to the rates indicated. Alternatively, the customer may arrange their own shipment at their own risk and expense to the following address: Sabolo — Via Chanoux, 80 — 11027 Saint-Vincent (AO) — Italy. The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises.

Refund 
The refund is processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned goods. The customer may choose between:

  • Refund to the original payment method: the amount of the returned products will be refunded. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Store credit on sabolo.net: a store credit equal to the amount of the returned products will be issued, including the original order shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available for all orders placed on sabolo.net. For customers in Italy, both return shipping and delivery of the replacement item are fully covered by us. For customers in other European Union countries, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; delivery of the replacement item is free of charge and covered by us.
    To start an exchange, please contact us before returning your item so we can reserve the desired product for you.


12. FRAUD RISK ANALYSIS

The sabolostore platform performs a fraud risk analysis for each incoming payment.
Orders considered at risk may be subject to checks and verifications and/or cancellation.
The customer may be asked to provide proof of the authenticity of the payment and identity.
Sabolo will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether to verify, cancel or refund it.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Privacy Policy (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
